That's not how it works.
The airpump change is relatively safe, some ships needing tweaks != most aircraft falling off the sky.

On the other hand, if balancing ships and flyers is a goal the changes needed will definitely break most of the campaign designs.
Might as well do it sooner.

Some amazing changes, that I'm so happy to see!
"(molten metal isnt known for its AP)" is bullshit though, HEAT is known for its ability to pen IRL meters of solid metal.
