Issues hosting multiplayer

Issues hosting multiplayer
When I, or any of my friends try to host a multiplayer game, when someone tries to join, it just times out.
I've tried portforwarding and it doesn't solve the problem.
We bought this game to play together. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure to check anti viruses, firewalls and routers at bot the host and client - there us also an use/not NAT option, try that too.

what could be wrong with the router? ive disabled both of our fire walls and anti viruses and it still isnt working
