You should write a post in the relevant 'Bugs' section to explain where to find the log file on Linux, that may help.

I took a look at your log, you have an exception that is stopping the mods loading process, which explains why your mods do not work properly:

Yes, it would be very wise.
Also, if he could add a 'try-catch', the errors generated by a mod wouldn't disturb the other mods.

There's Alot of work for Rhea to do on the APS rework, I don't think there's a definate ETA yet.
